2. Professional Services & Production Engagements
As a production house, SMI Journal develops and produces content including films, music videos, branded campaigns, interviews, and digital media projects.
Talent Participation: Any individual participating in our productions will be governed by a separate written Talent Agreement or Contract, which clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and compensation (if applicable).
Content Ownership: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all raw footage, edited material, and final productions created under SMI Journal remain the intellectual property of SMI Journal.
